目的探讨临床中专护生的实习需求,以及影响其实习效果的因素,并提出相应对策,以提高临床教学质量,从而提高中专护生的实习效果及满意度。方法采用自行设计的问卷调查,结合临床实际考察,了解2013年护理专业中专护生的临床实习情况及实际需求;同时对2014年护生采用新型模式带教,对比实习效果和护生满意度。结果反映出在过去临床实习中影响护生实习效果的因素有多个方面;实习生的需求未得到满足,满意度不高;采用新型带教模式后护生的满意度和实习效果均有显著提高。结论对中专护生采用新模式带教,能满足护生的需求,提高护生实习效果及满意度,保证护生顺利完成实习任务,成为高素质、实用型的护理人才。
Objective To explore the internship requirements of clinical secondary nursing students and the factors that affect their internship effects and to put forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the quality of clinical teaching so as to improve the internship effect and satisfaction of secondary nursing students. Methods The self-designed questionnaire was used to understand the clinical practice and practical needs of secondary nursing students in 2013 in combination with the clinical investigation. At the same time, the new mode of teaching, comparative internship and nursing satisfaction . The results showed that there were many factors that affected the internship effect of nursing students in past clinical practice. The needs of interns were not satisfied and the satisfaction was not high. The satisfaction and internship effect of nursing students after applying the new teaching mode were all significant improve. Conclusion The adoption of a new model for secondary school nursing students can meet the needs of nursing students, improve nursing student internship effectiveness and satisfaction, and ensure that nursing students successfully complete their internship tasks and become highly qualified and practical nurses.
