目前我国的中小企业发展极其迅速,在国民经济和社会发展中的地位和作用日益增强。据统计,2009年我国工商注册登记的中小企业占全部企业的99%,中小企业工业总产值占总量的60%,流通领域中占全国零售网点的90%以上。尤为重要的是中小企业已成为缓解就业压力,保持社会稳定的基础力量。数据显示,中小企业提供了大约75%的城镇就业机会。
At present, the development of SMEs in our country is extremely rapid and its status and role in the national economy and social development are increasingly strengthened. According to statistics, in 2009, China’s industrial and commercial registration of SMEs accounted for 99% of all enterprises, SMEs accounted for 60% of the total industrial output value, circulation accounts for more than 90% of the national retail outlets. It is especially important that SMEs have become the basic force to ease the pressure of employment and maintain social stability. Data show that SMEs provide about 75% of urban employment opportunities.
