在全球化加速发展的今天,文化安全在国家战略和国家利益中的地位与作用越来越重要。许多发达国家凭借经济和科技等方面的硬实力作为后盾,通过很多种手段加紧实施对许多发展中国家实施文化扩张侵略,因此中国的文化安全受到了前所未有的挑战。本文阐述了我国文化安全的概念;文化安全面临的严峻挑战;探讨了在全球化背景下增强我国文化安全的战略选择。
As globalization accelerates, the role and importance of cultural security in national strategies and national interests are increasingly important. Many developed countries, backed by the hard power of economy, science and technology, and other various means, have stepped up their efforts to implement the policy of cultural expansion to many developing countries. As a result, China’s cultural security has been hitherto unknown challenges. This article expounds the concept of cultural security in our country, the severe challenge to cultural security and the strategic choice to enhance our cultural security under the background of globalization.
