本文主要介绍悬浇连续箱梁竖向预应力筋施工质量通病和控制措施,通过分析和研究,并结合钱江通道南接线段高架桥工程的实施,表明所采取的悬浇连续箱梁竖向预应力筋施工质量控制措施切实有效,竖向预应力筋的作用得到了充分发挥,达到了设计要求,解决了预应力管道压浆不密实、腹板裂缝等问题,取得了良好的效果。
This paper mainly introduces the common faults and control measures of the vertical prestressed tendons in cantilevered continuous box girders. Through the analysis and research, combined with the implementation of viaduct project in the south connecting section of Qianjiang Channel, it shows that the vertical The construction quality control measures of stress reinforcement are effective and effective. The function of vertical prestressing tendons has been brought into full play and the design requirements have been met. The problems such as not compaction of prestressed pipe and crack of webs have been solved and good results have been achieved.
