本文从公司内部IT控制的通用成熟度模型入手,给出了图形化的公司内部IT控制成熟度模型描述方法,并提炼出成熟度的三个维度和用于模型衡量的6个属性:意识和沟通、政策计划和程序、软硬件工具和自动化方案、技能和经验、职责和责任、目标和度量方法。并分别对于成熟度模型中的1-5各级别所对应的这6个属性特征一一阐述。
This article starts with the general maturity model of IT control in the company, gives a graphical description method of the IT maturity model in the company, and extracts three dimensions of maturity and six attributes used in the model measurement: consciousness and Communication, policy planning and procedures, hardware and software tools and automation solutions, skills and experience, responsibilities and responsibilities, goals and measurement methods. And respectively expounds the six attribute characteristics corresponding to 1-5 levels in the maturity model.
