立德树人,必须始终德育为先,立德是树人的前提和基础。习近平总书记指出,道德之于个人、之于社会,都具有基础性意义,做人做事第一位的是察德修身。社会主义核心价值观明确了新的历史时期“德”的科学内涵。在小学阶段,品德课堂是培育和弘扬社会主义核心价值观的重要阵地。因此,如何在遵循学生身心发展规律的基础上,运用激励策略使构建和谐的品德课堂,促进个体道德和社会性整体协调发展是当下品德课程教学的一个重要问题。

Therefore, how to use the incentive strategy to build a harmonious classroom of moral character and how to promote the coordinated development of individual morality and sociality as a whole is an important issue in current moral teaching.
