美国《预防》杂志日前评出“2011年十大健康新知”。1、无脂食品并不那么健康。即便是减肥的人也需要在饮食中添加脂肪,不过脂肪摄入的种类很关键,要做到限制饱和脂肪,不吃反式脂肪。2、他汀类药物不是心脏健康的必需品。他汀类药物可减少肝脏的胆固醇分泌量,但英国一项针对2100名志愿者长达6年的调查显示,正常血脂水平的人服用他汀类药物,根本不会对心脏起到保护作用。3、社交广泛延长寿命。美国杨百翰大学研究发现,与生活习惯健康的人交朋友,寿命延长的几率增加50%。

Statins reduce liver cholesterol levels, but a British survey of 2,100 volunteers for up to 6 years showed that people with normal blood lipids had statins that did not protect the heart at all. 3, social life extended widely. The Brigham Young University study found that people who have a healthy lifestyle are 50% more likely to live longer.
