采用蚕豆根尖微核试验,分析清安河污染情况与消化道肿瘤的关系。结果表明,微核率的高低与不同水域的污染程度及沿岸居民消化道肿瘤死亡率呈明显相关。清安河沿岸居民消化道肿瘤死亡率较饮用自来水的城镇居民明显增高(χ~2=22.87,P<0.001)。该地区的水质污染可能是食管癌高发的危险因素之一。
The use of Vicia faba root tip micronucleus test analysis of Qing’an River pollution and gastrointestinal cancer relationship. The results showed that the micronucleus rate was significantly correlated with the degree of pollution in different waters and the mortality of gastrointestinal cancer in coastal residents. The death rate of gastrointestinal cancer in Qing’an River residents was significantly higher than that in urban residents drinking water (χ ~ 2 = 22.87, P <0.001). Water pollution in the area may be one of the risk factors for the high incidence of esophageal cancer.
