我厂使用的ΦM—2.5浮选机,由于叶轮动平衡欠佳等原因,长期运转不平衡,致使Φ100×2735毫米立轴,严重变形,最大甩弯处变形达22毫米左右。为了把立轴调直再用,以前我们采用气焊加热,千斤顶加压调直方法,在调直过程中劳动条件很差。压力大小及轴的不直度情况只能凭目测掌握,工作十分紧张。往往用一个班的工作时间还调不直一根合格的轴承。调直后还得进行热处理及精加工。为了克服上述缺点,我们经过多次试
