随着中国产业结构的不断升级换代,相应的技能人才需求大增,对高职院校而言是机遇,同时也是挑战。与本科院校以学科建设为重点不同,高职教育则提倡专业技能的培养,以区域经济发展为中心,以市场需求为导向,坚持与市场需求紧密结合,培养实用型人才。文章以义乌这个城市为立足点,阐述了高职院校在教学过程中存在的不足,并拟提出几点解决方案。
With the continuous upgrading of China’s industrial structure, the corresponding increase in the demand for skilled personnel is an opportunity and a challenge to vocational colleges. Different from undergraduate colleges and universities, the higher vocational education advocates the cultivation of professional skills. With the development of regional economy as the center and the market demand as the guide, we insist on closely integrating with the market demand and cultivating practical talents. The article takes the city of Yiwu as the starting point, expounds the shortcomings in the teaching process of higher vocational colleges, and proposes several solutions.
