中小学教师教育理念的更新和教育研究能力的提升不仅能有效地促进中小学教师的成长和专业发展,也将有力地提升教育教学质量并促进学生发展。本研究调查了中小学教师的教育研究能力,发现相对于中小学教师所任教的课程知识而言,其教育研究方面的知识和能力有待提升。本文在调查的基础上分析了问题形成的原因并提出了提升教育研究能力的对策。
The renewal of primary and secondary school teachers’ educational philosophy and the improvement of educational research ability not only can effectively promote the growth and professional development of primary and secondary school teachers, but also effectively improve the quality of education and teaching and promote the development of students. This study investigated the educational research ability of primary and secondary school teachers and found that their knowledge and ability in education research need to be improved relative to the curriculum knowledge taught by primary and secondary school teachers. Based on the investigation, this paper analyzes the reasons for the formation of the problem and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the educational research ability.
