10月17日至22日,中央组织部机关党委(人事局)组织部机关青年文明号代表、青年岗位能手共29人,赴四川达州万源市、宣汉县等地,开展学习李林森先进事迹主题实践活动,激励青年同志更加自觉地讲党性、重品行、作表率,立足岗位创先争优。本文系作者参加此次活动的学习调研成果,现予刊发,供参考。西部欠发达地区如何抓好人才工作、怎样更好地为当地经济社会发展提供人才支撑,是人才工作中亟待破解的一道难题。
From October 17 to October 22, representatives of the Youth Civilization Office of the Organizing Committee of the Central Organization Department and the Organization Department of the Central Organization Department (Personnel Bureau) and 29 young professionals took part in the study of the advanced deeds of Li Linsen in Wandayuan, Dahua, Sichuan and other places. Thematic activities of practice encourage young people to speak more consciously about their party spirit, their conduct and behavior, and set an example based on their positions. This article is the author to participate in the activities of the research results of the study are now published for reference. How to do a good job of talent work in the less developed western regions and how to better provide personnel support for local economic and social development are problems that need to be solved urgently in talent work.
