一、前言本课题旨在研制一种外海港口建筑可焊接耐蚀低合金钢。规定研制钢种应达到(1)热轧中板σ_s≥34公斤/毫米~2;(2)-40℃梅氏a_k≥3公斤—米/厘米~2;(3)冷弯合格(b=2a,d=3a,180°);(4)焊接性能良好;(5)飞溅区耐蚀性能比A3钢提高一倍以上。海洋工程用耐蚀低合金钢研究颇受国内外重视。比较成功的有玛丽娜(P-Cu-Ni,美国),NK-玛丽尼G(P-Cu-Cr,日本)和NK-玛丽尼50(Cu-Cr-Al,日本)等,在飞溅区耐蚀性约为普碳钢的1~3倍。由于这些
