为了研究细胞凋亡相关抗原7A6在急性粒细胞白血病化疗前和化疗过程中的表达,探讨其表达率与疗效的关系。应用流式细胞仪和直接免疫荧光法,测定28例病人化疗前及化疗72小时后抗原7A6的表达率,比较表达率与疗效的关系。同时以10例正常人作为对照组。结果病人化疗前抗原7A6表达率与对照组无差别。化疗72小时后抗原7A6表达明显增高,表达率与疗效成正相关。结论提示,测定细胞凋亡相关抗原7A6表达率可预测急性粒细胞白血病的疗效。
In order to study the expression of apoptosis-associated antigen 7A6 before and during chemotherapy in acute myeloid leukemia, the relationship between its expression rate and efficacy was explored. Flow cytometry and direct immunofluorescence were used to determine the expression of antigen 7A6 before and after chemotherapy in 28 patients. The relationship between the expression rate and efficacy was compared. At the same time, 10 normal people served as the control group. Results The expression rate of antigen 7A6 before chemotherapy was not different from that of the control group. The expression of antigen 7A6 was significantly increased after 72 hours of chemotherapy, and the expression rate was positively correlated with the efficacy. Conclusions suggest that determining the expression rate of apoptosis-related antigen 7A6 can predict the efficacy of acute myeloid leukemia.
