目的分析导致经外周静脉置入的中心静脉导管(PICC)头端位置异常的相关因素,以提高置管成功率。方法分析50例行PICC置管患者的临床资料,分析总结发生位置异常的原因与对策。结果 50例患者中发生异位4例,异位率8%。其中颈静脉2例,腋静脉回折部位1例,锁骨下静脉1例。结论 PICC导管头端的异位在临床中常有发生。采用正确与科学的方法可避免其发生,并对其复位护理提供良好的帮助,从而极大的减少患者可能遭受的不必要损伤。
Objective To analyze the related factors that lead to the abnormal position of the head end of the central venous catheter (PICC) inserted by the peripheral vein in order to improve the success rate of catheterization. Methods The clinical data of 50 patients undergoing PICC catheterization were analyzed and the causes and solutions of the abnormal location were analyzed. Results 50 cases of patients with ectopic in 4 cases, the ectopic rate of 8%. There were 2 cases of jugular vein, 1 case of axillary venous return and 1 case of subclavian vein. Conclusion The ectopic end of PICC catheter often occurs clinically. Correct and scientific methods can be used to prevent them from happening and provide good help for their reset nursing, which can greatly reduce the unnecessary injury patients may suffer.
