我单位几年来对DZ-5振动分析仪的使用,证明利用一般的振动分析仪也能识别一些常见的设备故障,为企业创造一定的经济效益.现介绍如下.一、DZ-5在现场动平衡中的应用由于DZ-5振动分析仪具有简易频谱分析功能,能够完成简易的现场动平衡.在确认由不平衡引起的基频振动为主要的振源后,可按影响系数法进行两点加试重或三点加试重(适用于刚性转子),根据测得的几组基频振动数据,即可计算出配重的大小以及方位角.此法已在我矿第一冶炼厂鼓风炉车间4~#风机上得以实现,我们在自制的动平衡实验台上验证通过,取得较为满意的结果.二、用DZ-5诊断机械松动等故障1994年7月,我矿第一冶炼厂鼓风炉4~#风机由于振动较大(水平方向振值V_(rms)>8.0mm/s)而被迫停机检修.最初认为是由于叶轮积灰而引起失衡振动,但拆下叶轮仔细清灰并更换轴承后,振动仍然较大,即怀疑是由于叶轮长期运行造成磨损不均、变形等原因引起失衡振动.
