在市场经济中,合同是企业之间进行交易活动时经常用到的契约。它对企业的经营活动影响比较大,关系企业长远发展。在电力企业的经营管理过程中,合同管理是其管理的重要一环,它直接关系着企业各项经济活动的运行状况,因此,必须予以高度重视。本文,通过对电力企业合同管理中存在的具体问题,展开分析,提出电力企业合同管理规范化的一些具体策略,以期通过加强电力企业合同管理的规范化,来推动电力企业在新时期,能够得到健康有序发展。
