纵观当今中国国情下领导干部的成长轨迹,就一般规律而言可以得出这样一个结论:当正职和上级是短暂的,当副职和下级则是长期的。了解掌握副职的地位和作用,对广大党员干部而言,是很有必要的。
Looking at the track of the growth of leading cadres in China today, one can conclude on the general law that when the principal and the superior are short-lived and the deputy and subordinates are long-term. It is necessary for the majority of party members and cadres to understand the position and role of having deputy positions.
