物流是指运輸保管包装装卸流通加工等物资流通活动及信息活动一切与物流有关事物的综合性业务管理,就叫物流管理。物流管理关系到物流系统运行的成败效率与效益现代物流管理组织形式是把与物流有关的业务如生产经营生产计划生产控制物料计划(MRP) 库存控制物料搬运厂内外运輸外协外包利废利材采购供应物料配送等由一位物流经理统一领导这样做有利于协调各职能工作保证计划顺利执行减少传统管理中各个职能部门分兵把口互不衔接各行其是推诿扯皮的现象从而保证物料的均衡流动
