本刊讯由海南省地方立法研究会主办的“法治海南与地方立法”研讨会于2015年8月18日在海口召开。举办本次研讨会,旨在结合海南地方立法研究工作的实际贯彻落实党的十八届四中全会精神,在全面依法治国的新形势下进一步提高我省地方立法研究水平。我省专家、学者及有关会员和会员单位共向本次研讨会提交论文64篇,有40余人出席了研讨会,其中有12位论文作者作了交流发言。
The newsletter was sponsored by the Hainan Provincial Legislative Council for the study of “rule of law in Hainan and local legislation ” seminar on August 18, 2015 in Haikou. The seminar aims to further improve the local legislation level of our province under the new situation of governing the country according to law in light of the actual implementation of the legislative work of local legislation in Hainan in the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. A total of 64 papers were submitted to the symposium by experts, scholars, relevant members and member institutions in our province, and more than 40 people attended the symposium. Among them, 12 papers authors made exchanging speeches.
