在全国再就业工作座谈会上,胡锦涛总书记讲话指出,要大力推广面向下岗失业人员开办小企业的创业培训,培养和造就一批成功的小企业创办者和自谋职业者,并带动一批下岗失业人员实现再就业。落实这一要求,全面推动创业培训工作,是当前各级劳动保障部门一项重要的工作任务。下面,从实际操作角度,对于如何将创业培训办得更有活力,谈几点看法。
