采用溶液缩聚及反相悬浮交联的合成工艺,以醛、酮、胺为原料,制备了一种球形阳离子凝胶吸附剂。通过红外和扫描电镜对球形凝胶进行表征,并对球形凝胶的吸附行为特性进行探讨。实验结果表明,球形凝胶分子结构中含有胺基等阳离子基团以及羟基、羰基等极性亲水基团,可与水中的阴离子染料形成氢键等较强分子间相互作用。染料分子在球形凝胶的内部扩散渗透吸附是凝胶吸附的主要机理,Langmuir等温吸附模型可以较好地描述球形凝胶对酸性蓝的吸附,其单位饱和吸附量可达430 mg/g以上。
A kind of spherical cationic gel adsorbent was prepared by the synthesis of solution polycondensation and reversed-phase suspension cross-linking with aldehydes, ketones and amines as raw materials. The spherical gel was characterized by infrared and scanning electron microscopy, and the adsorption behavior of the spherical gel was discussed. The experimental results show that the molecular structure of the spherical gel contains cationic groups such as amine groups and polar hydrophilic groups such as hydroxyl groups and carbonyl groups, which can form strong intermolecular interactions such as hydrogen bonding with anionic dyes in water. The main mechanism of gel adsorption is the internal diffusion and adsorption of dye molecules in spherical gel. Langmuir isotherm model can describe the adsorption of acid blue on spherical gel. The adsorption capacity per unit volume is up to 430 mg / g.
