电弧增材制造克服了以激光、电子束做热源的增材制造设备造价和运行成本高的问题,成为金属增材制造技术的研究热点和重要发展方向。根据等离子弧的特点,设计了以等离子弧为热源的增材制造设备,并利用其研究了等离子弧增材制造工艺,包括送丝角度、成型速度、焊接电流等对零件成型的影响。
Arc additive manufacturing overcomes the problem of high cost and high operation cost of the additive manufacturing equipment made of laser and electron beam as a heat source and has become a research hotspot and an important development direction of metal additive manufacturing technology. According to the characteristics of plasma arc, an additive manufacturing equipment with plasma arc as heat source was designed and used to study the manufacturing process of plasma arc additive, including the influence of wire feeding angle, forming speed and welding current on the forming of parts.
