干注浆混合剂是一种粉状注浆材料。使用时装在隔水的料筒(袋子)里,下入孔内。一旦钻具搅碎袋子,地层水或者冲洗液即将其拌和成注浆浆液。采用这种干注浆混合剂能速凝。采用干注浆混合剂堵漏的方法,即所谓的“干”注浆法。干注浆混合剂通常由40—50％的高铝水泥和60—50％的石膏或者雪花石膏组成。常用的聚合物水泥是由水泥和粉状树脂(如多聚甲醛和间苯二酚)等组成的。多聚甲醛(甲醛)是非晶形聚合福尔玛林。各组份的相应比例(重量比)如下:水泥—100,甲醛—5.0,间苯二酚—10。甲醛的重量比浓度提高到5.8,将导致混合剂在混合瞬间凝固。
Dry grout mixture is a powder grouting material. Use fashion in water-proof cartridge (bag), into the hole. Commonly used polymer cement is composed of cement and powdered resin (such as paraformaldehyde and resorcinol) and so on. Paraformaldehyde (formaldehyde) is amorphous polymeric formalin. The corresponding proportions (weight ratio) of each component are as follows: cement -100, formaldehyde -5.0, resorcinol-10. Increasing the formaldehyde concentration by a factor of 5.8 will cause the mixture to set at the moment of mixing.
