目的研究华东唐松草Thalictrum fortunei化学成分。方法利用各种柱色谱方法对华东唐松草乙醇提取物的正丁醇部位进行分析,用UV、IR、MS、1D-和2D-NMR等光谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果分离鉴定了2个新化合物,分别为华东唐松草苷I[thaliforoside I,(22S,24Z)-cycloart-24-en-3,β22,26-triol 26-O-β-D-glucopyr-anoside,Ⅰ]和华东唐松草苷J[thaliforoside J,3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(22S,24Z)-cy-cloart-24-en-3,β22,26-triol 26-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,Ⅱ]。结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ均为新化合物,命名为华东唐松草苷I和华东唐松草苷J。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Thalictrum fortunei in East China. Methods The n-butanol fraction of the ethanol extract of Phyllostachys praecox was analyzed by various column chromatographic methods. The structures of the compounds were identified by UV, IR, MS, 1D- and 2D-NMR spectroscopy. Results Two new compounds were isolated and identified as thaliforoside I (22S, 24Z) -cycloart-24-en-3, β22,26-triol 26-O-β-D-glucopyr-anoside , I] and thaliforoside J [3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl- (1 → 6) -β- β22,26-triol 26-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, Ⅱ]. Conclusions Compounds Ⅰ and Ⅱ are new compounds named East Songsong glycosides I and East China Songsong glycosides J.
