鼠麻风菌(MLM)感染的小鼠在许多方面与人瘤型麻风相似,成为研究麻风菌感染性免疫的一种实验工具。作者用10~7菌/只经尾静脉感染BALB/C和C57BL/6小鼠,进行了6个月的动态观察,研究了MLM感染小鼠脾细胞对ConA和同种异体细胞的增生反应,CTL生成以及IL-2的产生等。结果表明:两种感染鼠脾脏的细菌增殖数量相同,至感染第6个月,细菌数增加至10~9。在感染15天后两种小鼠脾细胞对ConA的增生反应表现为短暂的增强,以后逐渐降低。感染的整个过程中,ConA的增生反应均是C57BL/6小鼠较BALB/C小鼠为低。两种鼠的MLR在感染后5个月内缓慢下降,至第6个月进一步降低。感染C57BL/6小鼠脾细胞对经照射的DBA/2细胞刺激后CTL的生
Mice infected with the leprosy (MLM) are similar in many ways to human-type leprosy and become an experimental tool for the study of leprosy immunity.
