目的了解资阳市农药中毒发生的特点及原因,为制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法收集资阳市2011—2014年农药中毒网络报告数据,采用excel数据库和传统的统计方法进行流行病学分析。结果 2011—2014年资阳市共报告农药中毒2 424例,其中生产性农药中毒142例,占5.85%;死亡9例,病死率6.34%。非生产性农药中毒2 282例,占94.15%;死亡63例,病死率2.76%。生产性农药中毒的高发年龄为35~54岁,占35.92%;非生产性农药中毒的高发年龄以<15、35~44和≥65岁3个年龄段人数较多,占53.33%;生产和非生产性农药中毒均以女性为主,占57.8%和53.9%。生产性农药中毒全年以6—9月份病例最多,非生产性农药中毒全年以3—6月份病例最多;地区分布构成比以简阳市最高1 016例(37.1%),其次为雁江区、安岳县、乐至县。农药中毒的类别分别以杀虫剂有机磷为主,占58.4%,农药占53.5%。结论资阳市农药中。毒以非生产性农药中毒为主,女性多于男性,中毒农药主要为杀虫剂有机磷农药类。
Objective To understand the characteristics and causes of pesticide poisoning in Ziyang and to provide a scientific basis for the development of control measures. Methods The reported data of pesticide poisoning network in Ziyang from 2011 to 2014 were collected and analyzed by epidemiology using excel database and traditional statistical methods. Results A total of 2 424 cases of pesticide poisoning were reported in Ziyang from 2011 to 2014, of which 142 were productive pesticide poisonings, accounting for 5.85%. Nine died and the case fatality rate was 6.34%. There were 2 282 cases of unproductive pesticide poisoning, accounting for 94.15%; 63 cases died, the fatality rate was 2.76%. The incidence of productive pesticide poisoning was 35- 54 years old, accounting for 35.92%. The high incidence of unproductive pesticide poisoning was in the age group of <15,35-44 and ≥65 years old, accounting for 53.33% Non-productive pesticide poisoning is dominated by women, accounting for 57.8% and 53.9%. The most cases of productive pesticide poisoning were from June to September in the year, and the incidence of unproductive pesticide poisoning was the highest in March to June. The distribution ratio of the non-productive pesticides to the highest in Jianyang was 1 016 (37.1%), followed by Yanjiang Anyue County, music County. Pesticide poisoning categories were mainly pesticide organophosphorus, accounting for 58.4%, pesticides accounted for 53.5%. Conclusion Ziyang pesticides.
