“云母磷片作水泥增强材的研究”项目,通过对云母磷片增强水泥(MRC)微观结构和力学性能的研究,肯定了云母磷片在取向合理时对水泥基体有明显的增强作用,为用云母鳞片作水泥增强材提供了理论依据和实践的指导数据。并提出云母鳞片对水泥基体的增强增韧效果主要取决于云母鳞片的粒度为平均径厚比和制品的浇注成型工艺的观点,得出了最佳粒度及相应的径厚比范围、适宜的生产工艺以及云母鳞片与低纤维增强水泥的最佳配合比。
“Mica Phosphor as a Cement Reinforcing Materials” project, through the study of the microstructure and mechanical properties of mica-phosphorus-reinforced cement (MRC), confirmed that the mica-phosphorus sheet has a significant reinforcing effect on the cement matrix when the orientation is reasonable. The use of mica flakes as a cement reinforcement provides theoretical basis and practical guidance data. It is proposed that the effect of mica flake on the strengthening and toughening of the cement matrix mainly depends on the ratio of the particle size of the mica flake to the average diameter-thickness ratio and the casting process of the product, and the optimum particle size and the corresponding range of diameter-thickness ratios are obtained.
