利用异烟酸-吡唑啉酮法测氰,比通常吡啶-联苯胺光度法操作简便,灵敏度高,且避免使用具有恶臭和毒性之吡啶及联苯胺致癌物。但方法中也存在不足之处,因所用显色液均含有毒性的二甲基甲酰胺(以下简称原显色液)。据苏联标准规定二甲基甲酰胺最高容许浓度为10毫克/升与0.01毫克/升,美国标准规定容许浓度为30毫克/米~3(指接触皮肤而言),国内标准规定容许浓度为10毫克/米~3。我们试验以水代替二甲基甲酰胺溶解吡唑啉酮配制显色液(改进后显色液),从图2试验结果推断,改进后显色液比原显色液灵敏度高,通过对生活饮用水及工业废水中氰的测定,结果满意。本方法灵敏度可达0.05微克CN~-/25毫升。
