近年来,山东省以科学发展观统领经济社会发展全局,全省经济实现了又快又好的发展。2005年,全省生产总值达到18468．3亿元．比2000年增加9925．9亿元．年均增长13．1％;人均生产总值达到20,044元,增加10,489元,按现行汇率计算达到2447美元;财政总收入3342．2亿元,增加1924．9亿元。“十一五”是我省加快推进现代化建设的关键时期。
