本文研究了NaCl、NaOH对甜菜种子萌发期和苗期体内过氧化物酶同工酶的影响。结果表明,盐碱处理使过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱带增多,酶活性增强。供试的三个品种,磨光抗盐碱性较强,其次是双十,最后是双八。
In this paper, the effects of NaCl and NaOH on the peroxidase isozymes in beet seeds during germination and seedling stage were studied. The results showed that salt and alkali treatment increased peroxidase isozyme bands and increased enzyme activity. The three varieties tested, polished salt alkaline strong, followed by double ten, and finally double eight.
