在中小型冲裁模模架结构中,应用较多的是一种中间导柱模架;它的导柱和导套是设计在上、下模座之间的。通常,这种模架的导柱是压入下模座,导套则固定在上模座上。当凸模刀口刃磨时,由于导套比凸模低,可以在平面磨床上磨削;但因导柱高出凹模较多,在平面磨床上就不能刃磨凹模的刀口(导柱会碰磨头)。长期以来这种中间导柱模架凹模的刃磨方式,一直是生产中很麻烦的问题,各厂虽有不同的处理方法,但都很不理想。我们通过实际试验和改进,提出了一种新的结构,较好的解决了凹模刃口的磨削问题,现介绍如下。几种凹模刃口的磨削方式一些工厂常用的凹模刃口磨削方式有下列几种:(1)导柱采用装配式。它在刃磨时要拆去一个导柱,刃磨后再装上。这种结构的导柱加工要求高,工艺复杂;由于经常拆卸,精度难以保证。小间隙冲模
