随着数字化智能变电站的推广,合并单元的应用越来越广泛。针对合并单元存在测试时间长、效率低的问题,提出一种主从式合并单元自动测试系统。由主机(TCHost)、从机(TCAgent)、继保测试仪和被测合并单元组成一个闭环的测试系统,系统硬件平台性能可靠,扩展性强,配置灵活。采用分层的思路进行测试脚本的设计和执行,使用面向对象的Python语言编写测试用例,并详细分析合并单元主要功能测试的具体实现。自动化测试结果表明,测试效率显著提高,尤其适用于回归测试。
With the promotion of digital intelligent substation, the merging unit is used more and more widely. Aiming at the problem that merging unit has long testing time and low efficiency, this paper proposes a master-slave merging unit automatic testing system. A closed-loop test system is composed of the main computer (TCHost), the slave computer (TCAgent), the follow-up tester and the test unit under test. The hardware platform of the system is reliable, scalable and flexible in configuration. Designing and executing the test script in a hierarchical way, writing test cases in the object-oriented Python language, and analyzing in detail the concrete implementation of the main function test of the merging unit. Automated test results show that the test efficiency is significantly improved, especially for regression testing.
