九华山是我国佛教四大名山之一,是地藏菩萨的道场.自从金地藏(来华求法的韩国王子金乔觉)在此驻锡修成菩萨肉身,据文字记载,一千多年来九华山已发现13尊和尚肉身,近十年来就先后发现了三尊.但1999年元月2日开缸的仁义尼姑肉身却是我国佛教史上所仅见的.
