为了解使用中消毒液污染菌的种类及其与医院感染的关系,通过对16家卫生单位7大类使用中消毒液进行抽查,从230份检样中分离出187株细菌。其中凝固醇阴性且不溶血葡萄球菌20株(头状葡萄球菌19株,占95%);孔氏葡萄球菌1株,占5%);微球菌33株(藤黄微球菌19株,占57.58%;易变微球菌10株;占30.30%;玫瑰色微球菌4株,占12.12%);疑为枯草杆菌134株(有待进一步生化鉴定)。另外,对7大类消毒液中微球菌和葡萄球菌污染率也进行了调查。鉴定结果有助于进行消毒液成分与污染菌关系。污染菌株质粒、图谱分析等。
In order to understand the use of disinfectant in the types of bacteria and their relationship with nosocomial infections, the disinfection liquid in seven categories of 16 health units were spot checked, and 187 strains of bacteria were isolated from 230 samples.
