财政支持农业产业化发展有多种方式,从早期的有偿支持、有无偿结合到现今的补助、贴息等,对我国农业产业化发展发挥了积极作用,但长期以来,“投向分散,管理僵化,效益有限”等问题也一直存在。为探索创新财政支持农业产业化发展新方式,2004年财政部安排部分资金,在全国试点实施财政投资参股项目。财政投资参股项目运行近十年,显示了强大的生命力。
