为了探讨金针菇袋栽高产优质和节约成本的新途径,我们曾于1985～1987年进行了多次试验。如用啤酒糟代替麸料(鸡饲料)和部分棉籽壳;用少量化肥代替麸料(鸡饲料);在培养基质中添加1％的糖;以及利用稻草料栽培等等。现将主要结果报导如下:
In order to explore new ways to grow high quality and cost-saving bagged mushroom, we conducted a number of experiments from 1985 to 1987. Such as using brewer’s grains instead of bran (chicken feed) and some cottonseed husks; replacing the bran (chicken feed) with a small amount of fertilizer; adding 1% sugar to the culture medium; and cultivating with rice straw and the like. The main results are reported as follows:
