1998年是我国住房制度改革取得重大突破的一年,全国各省、市、自治区和中央国家机关已经开始实施新的房改方案,福利分房制度已经停止,以经济适用房为主体的住房供应体制开始确立。在住房制度改革不断深化的背景下,特别是今年4月3日国务院《住房公积金管理条例》的颁布施行,我国的住宅产业和住房市场显示了前所未有的消费活力,成为拉动经济增长的引人注目
1998 is a year where China’s housing system has made major breakthroughs in its reform. All the provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions and the central government agencies in the country have already begun to implement the new housing reform plan. The system of welfare housing distribution has stopped. The housing supply system with affordable housing as its main body started establish. Against the background of ever-deepening housing system reform, especially the promulgation of the State Council’s “Regulation on Housing Fund Management” on April 3 this year, the housing industry and housing market in our country have shown unprecedented consumption vitality and become the focus of stimulating economic growth
