目的:研究北豆根药材粉末色泽与4种有效成分及总生物碱含量的相关性。方法:用色差计测量北豆根药材粉末ΔL*,Δa*,Δb*和ΔE*值,采用HPLC法对北豆根中青藤碱、蝙蝠葛苏林碱、蝙蝠葛碱以及粉防己碱4种成分进行含量测定,并用SPSS 15.0统计软件对数据进行相关性分析。结果:明度ΔL*,总色差ΔE*均与蝙蝠葛碱含量呈极显著的相关性(P<0.01);所有色泽指标与青藤碱、蝙蝠葛苏林碱、粉防己碱的含量均不具相关性;但色泽指标Δa*,Δb*,ΔE*与蝙蝠葛苏林碱和蝙蝠葛碱含量总和以及4种生物碱含量总和均存在显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论:北豆根粉末橙红色越深、总色差越大,蝙蝠葛苏林碱和蝙蝠葛碱含量总和越大,4种生物碱含量总和越大。
OBJECTIVE: To study the correlation between the powder color and the content of the four effective components and the total alkaloids in the root of Radix et Rhizoma Pestis. Methods: The contents of ΔL *, Δa *, Δb * and ΔE * were measured by colorimeter. The contents of sinomenine, dauricine, dauricine and tetrandrine in Radix et Rhizoma The content was determined, and SPSS15.0 statistical software for data correlation analysis. Results: The lightness ΔL * and the total color difference ΔE * were all significantly correlated with the content of dauricine (P <0.01). All the color indexes had no correlation with the content of sinomenine, dauricine and droperidol. However, the color indexes Δa *, Δb * and ΔE * were positively correlated with the sum of the contents of dauricine and dauricine and the sum of the four alkaloids (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The deeper the orange-red powder is, the greater the total color difference is. The greater the sum of the contents of daurisoline and dauricine in the bats, the greater the sum of the four alkaloids.
