浦东开发开放是一项国家战略。经过14年的开发建设,浦东走出了一条高起点、跨越式发展的道路,构建了一个外向型、多功能、现代化新城区的框架。当前,浦东开发已经进入了一个新的发展阶段,我国加入世贸和CEPA 的正式实施,特别是上海取得2010年世博会的承办权,为浦东新一轮发展提供了更为广阔的空间,创造了更为有利的条件。区委、区政府明确要以2010年世博会为节点,全面实现城市化、加快推进国际化、基本实现现代化。完成这一艰巨的任务,必须认真学习和领会中央和市委关于浦东开发的一系列重要指示精神,牢固树立和认真落实科学发展观,坚持跨越式发展、集约化开发、可持续增长。
