我厂在承担一项任务时,零件表面需要涂漆,喷底漆前应先除油,因我厂条件限制,只能用汽油清洗法去油,但每件(3公斤)需用0.4公斤汽油。可是这项任务量大(需用δ=1钢板100多吨),需汽油量很大,而且清洗不干净,底漆附着力差。为了节约汽油,提高底漆附着力,我们采用:先用砂纸将工件去锈,再将工件放人已升温到260℃的箱式电炉中10分钟,把油烧掉,取出后用干净布和压缩空气清除灰尘,趁工件温度在70℃左右喷上底漆,底漆附着力强。该法不但节约大量汽油,降
