与陈皮比较,测定了广陈皮各种商品药材中挥发油的含量,并用GC-MS-DS联用仪鉴定了挥发油中的20多个成分,测定了相对含量。广陈皮中均含柠檬烯、β-月桂烯、α-蒎烯及α-松油醇等具镇咳、祛痰、抗菌的有效成分,尚属首次报道。
Compared with dried tangerine peel, the content of volatile oil in various commercial medicinal materials of Cinnamon peel was determined, and more than 20 components in volatile oil were identified by GC-MS-DS and the relative content was determined. It is reported for the first time that C. chinensis contains anti-tussive, expectorant and antibacterial active ingredients such as limonene, β-myrcene, α-pinene and α-terpineol.
