的 Schiff碱具有抗瘤抑菌活性 ,其抗癌作用与其对肿瘤细胞DNA的破坏有关。方法 利用脉冲电场凝胶电泳 (PFGE)的方法 ,观察了某种Schiff碱稀土金属化合物对肿瘤细胞DNA双链断裂及修复的影响。结果 该化合物能够增加辐射导致的DNA双链断裂的生成 ,并抑制其修复。结论 Schiff碱稀土金属配合物能提高肿瘤细胞对辐射的敏感性 ,为开发放化疗修饰剂提供了新的研究方向
Schiff base has anti-tumor and anti-bacterial activity, and its anti-cancer effect is related to its destruction of tumor cell DNA. Methods By using pulsed electric field gel electrophoresis (PFGE), the effects of certain Schiff alkali rare earth metal compounds on DNA double-strand breakage and repair of tumor cells were observed. Results The compound was able to increase the generation of radiation-induced DNA double-strand breaks and inhibit its repair. Conclusion Schiff base rare earth metal complexes can increase the sensitivity of tumor cells to radiation and provide new research directions for the development of radiochemotherapy modifiers.
