西藏的神奇已不仅仅局限于对其自然景观、风土人文的传统的习惯性描述,也可拓展到对其经济发展和社会进步现状的阐释上。在党中央、国务院的关切关怀和全国人民的大力援助下,自治区党委、政府团结一致带领全区各族人民紧抓社会稳定大局,沉着应对国际金融危机、克服频发自然灾害等因素带来的不利影响和困难,创新发展理念、破解发展难题,经济建设和社会发展取得了巨大成就。这些“神奇”的成绩是新西藏本色的体现,同时,使西藏实现跨越式发展更有底气,对自身的政策更有信心。
Tibet’s magic has not only been limited to the customary description of its natural landscape, customs of the local culture and humanities, but also to the interpretation of its economic development and the status quo of social progress.
