本文报道假孕大鼠子宫内膜,在大剂量促黄体生成素释放激素类似物(LH-RH-A)作用下的组织学变化。用29只Wistar雌性大鼠,人工方法产生假孕蜕膜反应。从假孕第5天,每日腹部皮下注射LH-RH-A 200μg(溶于0.2ml生理盐水),连续4天。对照组注射等量生理盐水。于假孕第9、11、13天取材,经不同固定液固定后,做HE及显示结缔组织纤维和子宫内膜颗粒细胞的染色。结果表明,大剂量LH-RH-A可使假孕大鼠子宫内膜蜕膜化提前终止,蜕膜退化,子宫内膜颗粒细胞明显减少。
This article reports the histological changes in the endometrium of pseudopregnant rats under the action of high-dose LH-RH-A. In a study of 29 Wistar female rats, a pseudo-decidual decidual reaction was produced by an artificial method. From the fifth day of pseudopregnancy, LH-RH-A 200μg (dissolved in 0.2ml saline) was injected daily into the abdomen for 4 consecutive days. The control group was injected with normal saline. On the 9th, 11th and 13th days of pseudopregnancy, the cells were fixed with different fixatives, and HE and HE staining were performed to show the staining of connective tissue fibers and endometrial granulosa cells. The results showed that high dose of LH-RH-A could induce the early termination of endometrial decidualization, the decidua degeneration and the decrease of endometrial granulosa cells in pseudopregnant rats.
