体育比赛电视转播权有偿转让是国内竞技体育体制改革进程中急待解决的一个新问题。就目前而言 ,大多数的转让是通过交易双方当面磋商达成协议。可是由于当前国内还没有一个国内比较公认的、合理的、统一的转播权转让价格标准或推算方法 ,交易双方在报价与还价之间差距很大 ,影响了交易的成功。为了解决这个问题 ,在查阅国内外大量资料和广泛征求专家的基础上 ,就影响转播权价格的因素进行分析并提出几种推算转播权价格的方法 ,供有关方面参考。
The Compensable Transfer of TV Relay Right in Sports Competition is a New Problem to Be Solved in the Course of Reform of Competitive Sports System in China. For the time being, most of the assignments are negotiated through the parties to the deal. However, due to the fact that there is not yet a domestic accepted price standard or calculation method that is generally accepted, reasonable and uniform, the difference between the quotation and the counter-offer price of both parties greatly affects the success of the transaction. In order to solve this problem, on the basis of consulting a large amount of domestic and international information and extensively soliciting experts, the author analyzes the factors that affect the price of the rebroadcast rights and proposes several methods to calculate the price of the rebroadcast rights for the reference of relevant parties.
