洋常春藤叶皂甙具有抗真菌、驱虫、灭螺、抗利什曼原虫和抗突变等活性。已发现,其中主要皂甙与常春藤甙元和齐墩果酸有关。作者曾报道常春藤皂甙B、C和D的分离和鉴定。本文报道从叶中分得5种三萜皂甙及其结构测定。其中常春藤皂甙G为一已知皂甙即葳岩仙皂甙F,其它4个为新的皂甙,分别命名为常春藤皂甙E、F、H和I。常春藤干叶,用甲醇-水(60:40)提取,减压浓缩至干,残渣用甲醇溶解后,加入丙酮振摇得一沉淀物,
Ivy leaf saponin has anti-fungal, anthelmintic, molluscicidal, anti-Leishmania and anti-mutagenic activity. It has been found that the main saponins are related to ivy azadirachtin and oleanolic acid. The authors have reported the isolation and identification of ivy saponins B, C, and D. In this paper, five kinds of triterpenoid saponins were identified from their leaves and their structures were determined. Among them, the ivy saponin G is a known saponin, i.e. saponin saponin F, and the other four are new saponins, which are named as the ivy saponins E, F, H, and I, respectively. The dried leaves of ivy were extracted with methanol-water (60:40) and concentrated to dryness under reduced pressure. The residue was dissolved in methanol and shaken with acetone to give a precipitate.
