系统的商业理论课程是把人固定在某种规律性思维上,但规律性思维恰恰是做生意的大敌。商业学习永远不是面的学习,而是点的学习。有时面学得越清晰,点的突破能力就越差。任何人照着死板的商业原则模仿,都不可能创业成功。这几年新东方变革过程中遇到的问题,让我有了一些思考。第一点思考:痛点在哪里?做生意首先要解决痛点,创业者要根据痛点来设定商业模式。痛点是什么?就是客户的需求。寻找真正的客户需求
System of business theory is to fix people in a certain regularity thinking, but regular thinking is precisely the enemy of doing business. Business learning is by no means learning, but learning.
