高渗溶液发芽法在饲用玉米发芽出苗期的抗旱性鉴定中是可行的。出苗指数是最准确有效的抗旱鉴定指标;种子吸胀24h的吸水率和高渗溶液发芽率(PEG—10巴)是较好的抗旱鉴定指标;淀粉酶活性的伤害率和萌动种子吸水率及胚芽长可作为重要的参考鉴定指标。利用这些指标进行综合评价可较全面真实地反映饲用玉米发芽出苗期的抗旱性。
The hypertonic solution germination method is feasible in the germination identification of forage corn germination. The seedling emergence index was the most accurate and effective marker for drought resistance identification.
