Pusey (1973)等曾报导一种测定古温度和钻孔剖面源岩的生油潜势的新方法(即ESR-干酪根方法)。这方法基本上包括用HCl和HF酸作溶解处理,随后用丙酮进行完全抽提。将未知热史样品的电子自旋共振(ESR)参数与已知古温度样品的ESR参数的标准曲线图对比,即可得到未知样品的古温度。
Pusey (1973) et al. Reported a new method (ie ESR-kerogen method) for determining the oil potential of paleobrafts and source rocks from borehole profiles. This method essentially consists of dissolving with HCl and HF acid followed by complete extraction with acetone. The ancient temperature of the unknown sample can be obtained by comparing the electron spin resonance (ESR) parameters of unknown thermal history samples with the standard curve of ESR parameters of known ancient temperature samples.
